FOR WOMEN: HOW TO HAVE A PERFECT, ODORLESS VAGINA

WOMEN'S HYGIENE

TAKING CARE OF YOUR VAGINA

Strange as it might seem, the health of a woman's vagina can have far reaching effects on not only her physical well-being but her overall mental health as well. Left untreated, vaginal health problem can cause serious conditions including, blocked Fallopian tubes, infertility, ectopic pregnancy ( pregnancy outside the womb), miscarriage, premature birth and even an increased risk of acquiring HIV. so while vaginal health is not what you might think of when considering a healthy lifestyle, bear in mind that having a healthy vagina will help in keeping the rest of your reproductive organs in good health. It keeps infections from invading the body. So, although you might not be able to achieve a perfect vagina, a healthy vagina is within reach.

Here Are Some Tips To Help You

  • One
Eat lots of yogurt, if possible. Yogurt is one of the most essential food that you should eat to achieve a healthy vagina. The reason for this is because of an important ingredient called acidophilus which is present in yogurt. This ingredient is also a bacteria which is present in your vagina. However, this bacteria is a 'friendly' bacteria which keeps 'unfriendly' bacteria out of your reproductive systems. In a healthy vagina, this bacteria keeps the vaginal environment acidic which works to keep 'bad' bacteria at bay.

  • Two
If you experience a strong vaginal odor , see your doctor. While a healthy vagina has a slight odor, a strong odor may indicate an infection.

  • Three
If you have a vaginal discharge other than the normal thin white discharge that most women have, then you also need to see your doctor. For example, some women experience a greenish vaginal discharge which can be a sign of cervical disorder, while a vaginal discharge which is brown in color, can be a sign of vaginitis.

  • Four

Wear loose cotton underwear. Underwear which is tight and made of synthetic fabric can make things get a little steamy down there which may result to vaginal odor, however, loose cotton underwear allows for good air flow.

  • Five
If you suffer from a recurring candida yeast infection or other types of vaginal infections, try to find home remedies to treat yourself and don't overuse antibiotics. overuse of antibiotics can weaken your immune system and can lead to even more vaginal infections. For example, in the case of Yeast candida, you may need to change your diet and follow a candida yeast diet which involves eliminating all sugar and many processed food from your diet. It may not be easy but it is a small price to pay for what would be a lifetime of health problems.

  • Six
Eat a healthy diet. It should act as a no surprise that what is good for your whole body is also good for your vagina. And of course, the opposite is also true, what is bad for your whole body is also bad for your vaginal health. If you eat a diet high in sugar, fat and processed foods, then this can also lead to poor vaginal health and frequent infections.

Tips And Warnings

  • Be sure to get a regular annual pap smear which screens you for infections and other illnesses.
  • Stress can lead to vaginal infections. so, make sure you take time to relax.
  • DON'T DOUCHE!. The only reason you might break this rule is if you are trying to get pregnant and want to alter your vagina's PH for a greater good.
